Berkel Red Line 250 Home Slicer, 10 in Blade
The Berkel Red Line 250 is the home-kitchen version of the Italian Berkel deli slicer. Berkel was founded in Rotterdam in 1898; the manufacturer and brand sit in Bologna today. The 250 mm (10-inch) chrome-plated steel blade is belt-driven by a 140 W motor and slices anything from prosciutto crudo through hard cheeses and bread.

Gravity-feed carriage tilts the product into the blade. Slice thickness adjusts continuously from translucent (0.1 mm) to 1 inch. Anodised aluminium body. Carriage and blade guard remove without tools for cleaning. Sharpening unit clips on for in-place blade honing.
