A hand-forged cheese knife set from Coltellerie Berti, a knife maker in Scarperia, Tuscany, that has been forging cutlery since 1895. Each blade is forged, ground and finished by a single cutler whose initials are stamped on the bolster. Handles are turned olive wood from southern Italy.
