Wüsthof Classic Prosciutto Slicer, 12 in
A 12-inch flexible-blade slicer from Wüsthof, a German cutler founded in Solingen in 1814. The long flexible blade is the standard tool for hand-slicing whole prosciutto crudo, jamón and dry-cured beef tenderloin into translucent slices. Length lets the cut be drawn through the leg in a single motion; flex lets the blade follow the curve of the muscle without tearing.
