Imperia La Rossa Pasta Machine, with Cutter Set
Imperia's La Rossa is the red-painted variant of the Imperia SP150 — a Turin-made roller pasta machine with a steel body finished in heat-resistant red enamel. Like the Marcato Atlas, the SP150 is a 150 mm twin-roller machine with adjustable thickness and cutter attachments. The build is heavier (about 6 lb) and the gear feel is slightly stiffer than the Atlas; preference between the two is largely tactile.

Included cutters are fettuccine and tagliolini. The included motor port accepts the Imperia Multipasta motor (sold separately).
