Marcato Atlas 150 Pasta Machine, Wellness Edition
The Marcato Atlas 150 is the canonical home pasta machine — a hand-cranked roller-and-cutter unit made in Campodarsego, Veneto, since 1930. The 150 mm rollers take a sheet from 4.8 mm down to 0.6 mm thick in ten settings; two cutters (fettuccine and tagliolini) attach to the side. Additional cutter heads (lasagnette, capelli d'angelo, ravioli, trenette, pappardelle) are sold separately.
About this product
Wellness Edition cutters are anodised aluminium rather than chromed steel; the rollers themselves remain chromed steel. The machine clamps to a counter up to 1.4 inches thick. A motor attachment converts hand-crank to electric.
