Inkbird ITC-308 Dual Stage Temperature Controller
A dual-stage plug-in temperature controller used to convert a chest freezer or wine fridge into a salumi-curing chamber. Two NEMA outlets — one heat, one cool — are switched independently from a single probe. Temperature range is −58°F to +210°F with 0.1°F resolution; differential and compressor delay are configurable.
About this product
The controller pairs with a separate humidity controller (Inkbird IHC-200 is the common counterpart) to give the four-knob setup of a working salumi chamber: probe, set point, differential and delay each for temperature and humidity. Wattage rating is 1100 W per outlet at 120 V.
